Survivor Support Groups

You are not alone. Support is available if you have lost someone to suicide.

Support Groups can be helpful to survivors of suicide. In a group, you can share your experiences and learn how others are coping with their loss. These groups are not therapy groups, but strictly peer support groups. Contact the group nearest you.
